8.0Very helpful staff, nice rooms except the hotel and lighting were so dark that I gave it a 4 star instead of 5. Possibly some people would like the dark halls and room decor? Good location in Izmir and nice walking area along the water.

10.0We enjoyed our stay. The room was well appointed, spacious, comfortable and the staff was very nice and attentive. The location along the water was great and it was easy to walk to many venues and to the public transit stations.

8.0Great location. Breakfast not great, best to walk 5 min to pier for breakfast. Roma was clean but we were on city view side so there was a lot of traffic noise. Our room was much smaller than the others in our price range. I peeked at the others so don’t stay in room 302.
