2.0Can you imagine that you go into a room without telephone to call front desk ? Would this be hotel service and the staff at front desk claiming that she just started work and doesn’t know ??? At 2 am I am still waiting for telephone to go into a room and they refused to change room for connecting when I used to book with Shaun ( the owner ) and was painless . The air conditioning was so noisy that I could not even sleep .
