− Old, needed updates, loud road noise and over a dozen cats living around the property
We deserve a full refund and hope you will work with us to get a refund.
1.0− Very dirty, they say Booking had not communicated with them and they wanted us to pay an additional $108 to stay there. Booking had already billed our credit card and been payed $122. It was a mess of a situation. We canceled and asked for full refund. They said they wouldn’t/couldn’t. We have been shafted $122 and need money back. We acted very decent in this matter. We want return of $122. They are saying Booking is the one that owes us the money. This was/is a bad bad experience.

10.0Room was clean and ready to go, even though I was a little early. Check in and out was a breeze. The staff as always was very friendly and addressed any needs faster than some of the other large city establishments. I would have to say Eagles Den is a great place to stay if you are in the area for a overnight or extended stay hunting trip. Thanks guys. See ya next year.
