− The entrance was hard to locate

9.0Very comfortable bed. The AC worked. Your staff gave world class customer service!
− If you had exhaust fans in the bathrooms it would help decrease the humidity and preserve the paint longer. With that East Texas humidity it'd be best to defrost the refrigerator after each guest and leave it turned off so the ice won't build up in the freezer part and decrease the efficiency, costing you electric.

7.0The bed was really comfortable. The place was very clean. The refrigerator and microwave was convenient.
− The handle on the toilet was not working properly. There was no continental breakfast that was advertised. There was lighting above the bed on one side didn't work. The phone didn't work.
