− Siamo arrivati e non c'era nulla, nè sapone, nè acqua e nè carta igienica. La casa non pulitissima. Per il prezzo sotto le aspettative. L'appartamento non ha la lavastoviglie

Die Lage am Meer, der Pool mit Salzwasser und die gesamte , gepflegte Anlage. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Möglichkeiten zum Essen Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Küchenutensilien und Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Als Kühlung waren die Deckenventilatoren vorhanden Die Einrichtung war eigentlich gut und es war alles sauber bis auf die Duschabtrennung, leider.

− Leider gibt es da einige Dinge die man verbessern könnte. Die Öffnungszeiten vom Pool 09:30h bis 13:00h dann am Nachmittags wieder bis 20:00h. Leider kann man sich am morgen oder Abend nicht einmal schnell abkühlen. Badekappe im Pool, ist meiner Meinung nach eine sehr überholte Sache, da auch von anderen Körperteilen Haare ins Wasser kommen. Die Begründung wegen der Hygiene ist dann Unsinn. Wlan gibt es nur in der Nähe von einem Gebäude auf dem Gelände, wenn man in der Ferienwohnung schnelles Internet braucht, muss man sich eine Datenkarte als eSim kaufen. Leider ist die Küche etwas altmodisch und sehr klein. Der Kühlschrank hat zwar ein Tiefkühlfach aber unser gekauftes Eis hat er nicht richtig kalt bekommen. Fernseher ist vorhanden, aber Programme in Italienisch, aber das ist klar in Italien. Am zweiten Tag gab es Probleme mit dem Parkplatz, da dieser für zwei Fahrzeuge vorgesehen ist und leider etwas zu klein ausfällt. Ein andere Mieter hat sich dann mit seinem VW Caddy breit gemacht und ich musst mehre Tage außerhalb des Geländes auf der Straße parken. Achtung, ich hatte eine Nespresso Maschine mit, da diese einen Schuko Stecker hat, benötigt man einen Adapter

Great situated apartment, good facilities but needs some attention to detail.

We visited in June and found the facilities to be generally excellent. The pool was a standout feature—cleaned nightly and surrounded by an abundance of sunbeds, which made relaxing easy and enjoyable. The gardens are beautifully maintained, contributing to a peaceful and well-kept setting. We stayed in a mezzanine-style apartment that was impressively spacious, with effective air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area. The bedroom offered ample storage and a generously sized bed. The balcony was also a highlight—large enough to comfortably accommodate a dining table and four chairs. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, with keys handled efficiently via a local property agent.

− A few areas could benefit from attention. While the apartment appeared clean on the surface, the cleaning could have been significantly better. Many surfaces were dusty and required wiping upon arrival, and the dining table still had remnants from previous guests. Decor is bright and relatively modern, but scuff marks on the walls, worn communal stairs, and tired carpets detract from the overall impression. The stair carpet to the mezzanine level was notably dirty and in urgent need of replacement. Some furnishings, particularly the white wicker chairs in the living room, were grimy and unsuitable for use. The balcony chairs were cracked and also in need of replacement. Despite these issues, the apartment has genuine strengths—including private gated access to the coastal walkway—that make it a pleasant place to stay overall.
