− Tienen problemas con el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Eventos electricos (toma corrientea que no funcionan), con agua caliente, en aire acondicionado (ruido) y mucho ruido por estar al frente de la avenida el poblado, no hizo grata mi estadía

8.0La ubicación es central y facilita el desplazamiento por la ciudad donde se requiera. Lo mejor del hotel es su gente, todas las personas del counter fueron maravillosas, facilitaron mi viaje y me resolvieron todas las situaciones, así que Johnatan, Ivan, Felipe y Edwin, mil y mil gracias.
− La primera habitación que me dieron estaba muy empolvada y en general tenía un gran deterioro. No hay restaurante para la noche, así que quien se aloje debe asegurarse de su comida por fuera antes de llegar al hotel.
