8.0Very handy for Shimbashi and the station. I was a bit confused by the breakfast arrangements (2 local restaurants; one western one Japanese and a third offer of 800 yen at the adjoining 24h Family Mart). I had an early train so went with option 3. Saved me time and worked really well.
− Rooms small but I knew that. If you are in the adjoining building you have to lug your gear into the main one to check out. Not a disaster but must be a better solution. Overall happy.
Nice and simple place to stay.
8.0The location is ideal since it is located near the train station and close to restaurants where you can find good Japanese and Western food. If you are lucky, you can get a room with great view of the train tracks, with trains passing through.
− Nothing much to dislike for me. The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were a bit too thin for my liking.

10.0Chambre un peu petite mais c’est pas très grave. Le Familymart au rez de chaussée est très pratique. Hôtel très bien situé proche de la station shimbashi mais bruyant car les trains passent juste à côté
