10.0Lovely staff. Very attentive and really paid attention to our allergies and preferences. Really comfortable room. The hotel has a light show in their huge pond and it’s relaxing to watch from our window as well as from the restaurants.

4.0The staff were not helpful, and when asked for Sushi recommendations and sent us 20 minutes away to a low to medium quality place, whereas there were ample other restaurants nearby nearby. When asked to arrange a taxi for us, they stated that no taxis were available. They would not give us extra keys for the room, which is strange.

10.0We recently stayed there with our kids and we lived the property! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Lots of things to do such as foot bath, public bath, koi pond and very close to the outlet mall. Can’t wait to stay again!
