9.0Our 2 bedroom suite was great. Loved having the kitchen. The hot breakfast was nice to have. Staff were very friendly. Overall a great place to stay.
− A child pulled the fire alarm, causing our pet some distress from the loud alarms and necessitating an evacuation from the building. Not ideal, but not the fault of the hotel or staff.
Need to start with updating rooms

− Sidewalks out back were not cleat of snow and ice, under the front canopy built up ice hump to drive over. They need to update furniture in the rooms and clean up rooms , o stopper plunger in bathroom sink

8.0The location was great. The room was clean. The staff were courteous. The suite worked great for the 4 of us with two bedrooms each having their own bathroom. The price was reasonable.
− The furniture in the living room/kitchen of the suite was badly worn. There were lightbulbs missing over the kitchen counter and by the bed. We went to the hot tub right after check in and the pool area was a bit messy with used towels and items left behind by other guests. We were the only ones in the pool area at the time.
