Uma estadia fabulosa num hotel excelente!
10.0A simpatia de todos os colaboradores, o excecional cuidado do vosso colaborador Sr. José ao pequeno almoço e da simpatia fora de série da menina da receção da qual não sei o nome mas que usa óculos e que foi sempre educadíssima e disponível para ajudar. O pequeno almoço é excelente, a limpeza de todo o hotel é extraordinária e o ambiente é agradável e tranquilo. Voltarei em breve, visito Fátima muitas vezes por ano.

9.0Amabilidade dos funcionários. Bom pequeno almoço. Quarto confortável.
− Quarto com vistas para um telhado. Durante a noite ouvia se um ruído desagradável de uma máquina vinda do exterior. Não me pareceu que o hotel estivesse lotado, portanto não é agradável para uma primeira estadia, colocarem os hóspedes num quarto virado para um telhado...
