− We arrived late around 10:30 PM after a full day in Blue Mountain. Although the hotel had ample time to prepare our room, we were initially given room 226, which was already occupied by other guests and we were embarrassed by trying to open the door. This led to an awkward and frustrating situation for everyone involved. After returning to the front desk, the staff member apologized and reassigned us to room 233. Unfortunately, our stay did not improve. We noticed nails protruding from the carpet, which pricked one of my child and my wife. I reported the issue, and a staff member came to hammer the nails down and offered an apology. Despite this, we did not feel comfortable or relaxed in the room. Overall, our experience was far from pleasant, and we were disappointed with multiple aspects of our stay.
