Great view in a clean but worn looking apartment.

− We found the pillows weren't very comfy , but also were noisy when we moved our heads.
Two nights stay, bedding is comfortable. Two bathrooms worked well for five people. Spacious living/dining kitchen
6.0Close to beach, pub and two coffee shops. Quiet, tree location.
− Neglected unit maintenance issues, like broken down air-conditioning heating in July, and very tight car space undercover, due to placement of concrete pillars. Balcony doors are to remain locked due to unsafe guard rails. Price was reasonable.

− The apartment had not been cleaned very well before we arrived. Was a pity really as it’s an amazing apartment. The rubbish bin was full from the previous tenant and stank badly, the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied, and the lint filter on the clothes dryer looked like it hadn’t been emptied in years.
