8.0Good value for money and the place is good enough. Security guard at the entrance so that felt good. Very helpful and nice staff and security. Central area but not a place to stay for long in my opinion.

Basic accommondation in the heart of Dar
8.0New Avon Apartments provided us a good accommondation for our 2-day-stay in Dar. The location is ideal; good food, the zanzibar ferry, bus stations and the city center all in walking distance. The apartment itself is fairly simple but it has all basic necessities (big bed, bathroom, small kithenette and nice views to watch the hassle of the city). The check-in and check-out times were flexible.

One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
