Questo hotel mi piace molto. È molto pulito, il personale è eccellente e la posizione è ottima. L'unico problema è che mi hanno assegnato una seconda camera, e ogni volta è sempre peggio. Dalla mia finestra non vedevo altro che mattoni.

La esmerada atención tanto en recepción, los 3 turnos, como en el desayuno.

− Que la mucama no limpiaba la terraza que tenía la habitación, una pena que no se pudo usar dado que la habitación era pequeña.

The hotel can initiate the process of canceling the reservation in the event that the payment is not completed within the next 48 hours.
