A Truly Memorable Stay in Bali: Perfect Location, Warm Hospitality, and Above & Beyond Service!

Last week, I stayed at Amadea Resort & Villas for 3 nights with two friends. It was an experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was on the first floor, which we specifically requested to have easy access. It was perfectly set up for our group, with three comfortable beds (including an extra bed). We loved that we could walk straight out of our room and be right by the main swimming pool—it was incredibly convenient for a quick dip! The resort's location is also fantastic. It's situated right near the main street, providing excellent access to Seminyak's bustling restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Yet, once inside, it felt like a quiet oasis. Throughout our stay, what impressed us most was the staff. Every time we met a staff member, they greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly hello, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Our housekeeping team was also wonderful. Each day, they left us creative and adorable towel art—a cute dog and a man doing a yoga pause—along with thoughtful notes wishing us a great day. These little touches brought a smile to our faces every evening. One of the highlights of our trip was spending Nyepi Day (the Day of Silence) at the resort. Since everyone stays in, the hotel felt peaceful and serene. We spent the day relaxing by the pool and enjoying the quiet. In the evening, the absence of lights made the sky look incredible, and we spent hours star-gazing. It was a beautiful and unique experience that we will cherish. The only minor aspect that could have been improved was the bathroom layout. While functional, the space for the shower, toilet, and sink wasn't separated by a solid door. With three of us sharing the room, having a bit more separation in the bathroom and closet area would have added a layer of privacy and made it more convenient for everyone getting ready. However, the defining moment of our stay occurred after we checked out. While at our next accommodation, I realized I had left one of my earbuds in the room at Amadea. I emailed the resort, and they not only confirmed they found it but also incredibly arranged to have it delivered to our new hotel! I was expecting a simple packaging, but I was wrong. The earbud arrived in a small shopping bag, securely placed in a plastic box with tape, so it wouldn't get lost or damaged. The staff had also proactively contacted my new hotel reception, so the earbud was waiting for me when I arrived back at our current room. The team’s care, kindness, and attention to detail absolutely blew us away. Overall, our stay at Amadea Resort & Villas was exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful and well-located, but the staff’s heartfelt hospitality and dedication to their guests make it truly special. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali and can't wait to return!

Very nice location. Everyone are so helpful and kind. Cherry and Rio is excellent for my arrival and departure experience. HSKP is also good. Nanda and Wahyu are best. Thank you guys. We’ll come back definitely.

I have stayed in many hotels across Bali, and Amadea Resort & Villas is definitely among the very best. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and absolutely sufficient. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. I would especially like to mention the bellmen and drivers — particularly Victor — as well as Daniel from the security team. They took outstanding care of me, my safety, and my well-being, while also acting as informal guides for Seminyak and Canggu with helpful local insights. The reception team was consistently professional and supportive as well as the housekeepers. This hotel’s integrity became especially clear when I accidentally left several items of clothing behind. The staff contacted me proactively, carefully folded everything, and stored it in a protective bag until I could collect it. This level of honesty and attentiveness is something I rarely experience in other countries. I sincerely wish all the staff the very best and will definitely return.
