Unreliable Airport Transfer Back to the Airport - DO NOT BOOK.
6.0We stayed at Hotel Santo Toribio for 4 nights. Nareem and Juan at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful. Always willing to help and give advices. Betsaida and William at the breakfast room were engaging and always had a big smile. Something that is a big welcome to start your day. Our problem with the hotel is their airport transfer. During our stay, we received an email from the hotel that we can book transportation from the hotel to the airport. A link was included in the email, which took us to a third pary vendor. We booked the transfer back to the airport using the HOTEL PROVIDED link. On the day of our departure, the driver never showed up. We texted and called him. He kept saying he is on his way. After 30 minutes of waiting, we gave up on him and booked an Uber to the airport. The Uber driver showed up in 3 minutes. I asked the hotel for a refund and have not received any response. I spoke to Omar, who then asked Nataly to look into it. Both never responded back even after repeated attempts.
