Poor cleanliness and service overshadowed the entire stay
6.0The breakfast is decent. Swimming pool is fine, there is two steam room.
− For the price, I would recommend looking for another hotel. My wife had a birthday, we tried to celebrate it here. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with cleanliness. The toilet was dirty when we arrived. After we called reception, a cleaner came to the room but did not actually clean the toilet. Instead, she left a cleaning spray and the toilet remained dirty, so we had to clean it ourselves. When we reported the issue, the receptionist only apologized, and no further action was taken. Overall, the level of service and cleanliness did not justify the price.

10.0Everything was excellent. From the staff at the entrance, reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and spa, to the beautiful surroundings. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the pool was great, and the location was perfect.

8.0Lite utdaterad inredning i brunt men allting var helt och rent. Vi hade bokat ett superior rum som var jättestort med stor balkong. Minibar på rummet. Poolen var bra, den vanliga bastun var tyvärr inte så varm men ångbastun var bra. Restaurangen Samal som ligger bredvid har väldigt fräsch och god mat. Det går också att ta Yandex-taxi till en bra georgisk restaurang (Gogra), där finns också en liten shop där man kan köpa snacks och dricka.
− AC:n var lite klen och högljudd.
