The staff went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and apologized so much for the water breakdown. I would

− Unfortunately a main water main broke leaving the entire area without water. However, the staff were so apologetic about it and tried their best to keep jugs of water for the guests. The fact that the staff worked so hard to make everyone happy, made this inconvenience much more manageable.
