6.0Door handle was broken from outside and toilet light does not work. Breakfast is ok but there are not varieties.
The hotel is in a great location. My room was large and bright. Excellent friendly and helpful staff.
10.0The hotel is in a great location, very close to many major attractions. My room was large and very comfortable with a huge window overlooking the street. It was a light , bright room. The bed was super comfortable . The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. They always did their best to answer or respond to any questions or queries.
− If you got to breakfast a bit later, there was often not a lot of choice or food remaining.

− The rooms were depressing. In the first room that we were given the toilet was broken. In the second one, the bathroom's floor was dirty and looked molded. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.
