− The gym, simply because this was not a gym. It's Movepick, not just some random hotel. The gym not only did not meet our expectations, but I would be embarrassed to even call it a gym. Also, the WiFi. Unacceptable. So slow that was practically unusable. This also means the TV did not work, as it relies on the Internet. Lastly, the resort could have been cleaner. Our room was perfectly cleaned, as was the pool, but the resort in total was not, and this was not a good thing to see.
