1.0− Unit 31 the worst ever, the rooms where filthy specially under the bed, the bedrooms stunk, beds had stains quilt also had stains, 2 white couches where filthy the arm rest where brown with filthy and stains, masters bedrooms bathroom had no hanging for towel to put no hooks nothing the list can go on and o. But not worth it, we ask for another room witch they said none. Other available this was at 4pm we ask for our money back, they said only if we had a medical condition, anyway we had to sleep on lounge cause beds, bathroom, carpet where filthy eventually when we woke up we dud have a rush , so we left and still waiting to get our money back, even dought at reception they said it would take 24 hours nothing yet, this Monday will be contacting department of fair trading
Overall we are happy to come back again.
8.0I loved the self-contained apartment, as it allowed us to cook our own meals and prepare breakfast whenever we wanted. Having an EV charging station was also a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient.
− We found some unclean plates and glasses upon arrival. One of the plates had a pink stain, which suggests it may not have been cleaned properly by the previous guests. We kindly ask that the owner double-check the cleanliness of all kitchen items before new guests check in. Thank you
