Good stay overall.
7.0The proximity of Vatican and touristic part. The calm district. The cleanliness.
− No hotel feel. Reception not always attended. Room 9 bathroom door jams. Dont get locked in. Door shows signs of other people struggling to get out. Shower knob needs fixing. TV was only Italian. NO “official” luggage storage. Staff changes, was asked several times to pay or have I paid. Back window view was grim. I know it all sounds negative but the stay was ok.
Overall was a great stay for the whole family
