4.0I booked and paid for a double room with en suite but was given a twin without en suite, without any prior notice, this meant i had to get dressed to go to the toilet. My bath towel was dirty and stained, the bin had not been emptied from the previous guest and the milk sachets for a hot drink had gone off and curdled. I have photos.
