Brilliant little place.
10.0Great spot for the night before catching flight out. Right across road from OOL airport. Bus stop outside for a four minute (50c) ride to airport. Arrived late in afternoon and they had bikes and beach towels waiting so we could take a dip In the ocean at Kirra Beach. The water was great and stopped for a cold beer at North Kirra Surf Club on way back. Breakfast was continental but all we needed. Overall it was a great stay. Thanks.
An absolute gem of motel!
10.0What an amazing motel! We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are beautifully equipped and really comfortable. It was super easy to find, and check in was even easier. The location is fantastic - less than a block from the beach, and only another block from the freeway. We arrived earlier than expected, so we wanted to head down to the beach - not only are there beach towels in each room we're encouraged to use, but a quick call to Ros meant the kids also had boogie boards! The breakfast (plus extras!) inclusions were really generous, and absolutely made our kids' day. In the end, we were so sad only be staying overnight... I think we'll need to build a couple of nights into our journey next year! Of course it isn't the cheapest motel going around - but I still think it was great value for a really memorable stay.
Fabulous overnight stay in great quirky little motel.
10.0Only spent one night at La Costa Motel unfortunately, as it was the greatest quirky, well renovated motel we have stayed in. The room was beautifully decorated, immaculate complete with lovely breakfast basket. Gorgeous little patio to enjoy a glass of wine & enjoy the well maintained outdoors. Thank you Ros & Aiden for a delightful stay, will definitely return.

10.0Excellent option in Coolangata. Clean and awesome staff. Located 1.5kms away (approximate) walking diatance to great cafes, restaurants and ahopping centre, including Woolworths. The beach is one mimute walk from the hotel. Definitely re ommended for short and long stays. We will come back in December.
