Nice Hotel with a great location
10.0Very clean and professionally run property. My room was immaculate and spacious with a mini-frig, desk, large TV, etc. The location was excellent as there were many restaruant options within walking distance. Elizabeth was exceptional in ensuring that my room was ready to go!

8.0This review is to compliment both the check-in staff that took time and showed patience assigning rooms to our group of 15 travelers in town for the Ocean City Jazz Festival. My second review is to compliment Zenaida our room attendant to saw to it that every request was handled with care. I appreciate the high level of customer service we received during our stay July 3-5, 2026. Thank you!
Good place to stay
10.0I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The breakfast was good. And the staff were very friendly. Shout out to Nola! She made my family and I feel so welcomed while checking in. This hotel will be where I stay anytime I come back.

− The volume of noise that was allowed until 3AM coming from the Lobby that kept us awake all night.

6.0We arrived on the same weekend as some sort of Masons Lodge party. They were unruly, inconsiderate, loud, and entitled. It almost completely ruined our stay. Our room was on the third floor. Their party in the lobby could be heard clearly, like were were there in the room and lasted until 0300 in the morning. They overwhelmed the property, parking everywhere, to include any space that wasn't a parking space that they felt like occupying. The desk team told us this happens at least once a year. We were set to check out after the overnight staff did nothing to quiet this group. However, in the morning TREENA went out of her way to make it right. She moved us to a fourth floor room as far away from the party as possible, had the staff move our luggage while we were out for the day, and spoke to her manager about additional compensation because of the entitled crowd. The hotel was clean, and comfortable. The property was well located. Breakfast was standard hotel continental style. I would stay here again, but I would check and see if a large group was hosting an event. There is no chance I would return if there was.
