8.0Lovely location right by the lickey hills with a comfy bed, friendly staff and powerful shower
− Shower stall was very cramped and the bathroom lights went out while I was in the shower (sensor issue). The bathroom wasn’t as nice as the room. No aircon but a fan was provided which was very effective.

9.0All the staff were super, efficient, professional and pleasant. Reception staff brilliant: girls in the restaurant were all lovely and very helpful at breakfast.
