Is this really a 4-star hotel?
2.0UGLY ASS HOTEL!! Not worth your money even one bit! I THOUGHT THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL, the service was good but the place, its UGLY! It feels like I’m in a cheap motel. I would not recommend, go to other places for better experience. I am never coming back here, this place is HAUNTED! I am thinking of reporting this incident, but I didn’t because I think the hotel was packed that day and I won’t be able to change rooms anyway. I was on 15th floor, the ambiance is sick I never felt comfortable in this place. This is not the rest you’ll look for.

10.0Excellent stay! The staff were friendly from the receptionist Marc and Ace. They are very professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Outstanding service made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

10.0We stayed here for our anniversary, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everyone was very accommodating, especially AJ at the front desk, who made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of.
