A disappointing start to the holiday.
1.0Staff were helpful, especially when the door to the room didn’t open.
− When I mention to people that the side tables next to the bed were plastic stools you get some idea of what standard this resort has. We only stayed one night, so is that what is expected. The shower base was dirty, behind the bed was not clean, the hairdryer didn’t work. At $338 per night might be cheap for Broome but I expected more. The breakfast was a free for all.
Everything you could want but you need your own transport
8.0I had a great room with its own balcony, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. All the staff were always friendly and helpful and provided me with the information and facilities I needed. I was able to use the laundry facilities for my 2 week stay. I didn't use the pool so I cannot comment on it.
− The location while it was convenient to both Cable Beach and Chinatown in Broome, without a car it was not a good location. During the day I had to rely on the bus service which was hourly (and bus stop outside the accommodation) but it did not operate during school pick up times or late at night. As there was no restaurant or cafe at the accommodation I had to use the bus transfers provided by the accommodation to get to and from local restaurants.

− Das Frühstück mit Kantinen-Atmosphäre kann man vergessen. Die Kaffeemaschine lief nicht richtig. Trotzdem dauerte es den ganzen Morgen bis sich jemand dem Problem annahm. Viel Plastikmüll. Sehr laut vor dem Zimmer (andere Gäste)
