10.0Spacious rooms. Very courteous staff, particularly in the restaurant. Fitness center was well equipped for a traveller. Pool could have been bigger.

4.0Initially booked a Superior room, after a few days I noticed an awful smell. We were moved to another Superior room on a smoking floor, during the night we spent there the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Due to the unavailability of another Superior room, we were upgraded to a deluxe room. Due to constantly being moved from room to room, we lost a bag of belongings that have still not been found. Overall, I would say that the rooms are extremely outdated and the bathrooms need a good scrub, but the other facilities at the hotel, especially the rooftop pool are good.
