Susan Le, E-Commerce Executive maintained constant and efficient communication with us prior to the cruise. The staff are professional and friendly. The room is clean and spacious with a balcony view of Ha Long Bay. We enjoyed each meal in a very leisure setting. Sightseeing planned for the guests were on point. Highly recommend Paradise Peak Cruise!
