8.0The dinner and breakfast were both, substantial and good quality. The staff were friendly and chatty. The quality of the room was excellent, although the bright fire exit sign didn't aid dropping off to sleep and the bathroom heated towel rail wasn't on, so the bathroom was cold. I didn't see the area around the property so i couldn't comment.

10.0Our first time at the Blue Bell, but won’t be our last! Really comfortable beds and pillows in a nice room with a lovely new bathroom. Food was excellent and all the staff, from Keith , the landlord, down, are friendly, kind and helpful, and all were happy in their jobs. We will be back!
