Ein schönes und authentisches Erlebniss! Und der Service im Restaurant war unglaublich freundlich!
9.0Das Restaurant ist fantastisch, somit das Frühstück und das Abendessen. Das Restaurant hat einen Designerpreis erhalten, zu Recht! Die Lage ist herrlich. Wie man beim Buchen sieht, liegt die Unterkunft direkt an einem See, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend! Es gibt ein Bad für Männer und für Frauen. Man kann nur getrennt baden. Ist ein Erlebniss! Habe es sehr genossen!
− Was man wissen muss: das Restaurant ist supermodern und neu gemacht. Der Rest des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat seinen Charme. Mir kam es etwas vor wie ein 5* Hotel in den 70er Jahren. Aber ist sehr authentisch und sehr japanisch.

− I stayed in the room with private onsen and I would prefer to have the shower area closer to the private onsen.

9.0The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was really nice and the view was beautiful. The public bath was very nice and a good size facility.
− The size of the outdoor bath attached to our room looked much bigger in the picture. The picture made it look like the bath stretched out close to the edge which would’ve provided a more spectacular view. The bath was still sizable, but about 70% of what is depicted in the picture is about 5cm of water covering a recessed section of the floor to allow excess water to flow out. Despite this I would still recommend staying here.

10.0Nice, clean room with a lovely view on the lake. A bit dated and therefore charming. The service was second to none! Lovely staff made my stay really special. Big thanks to Juju who brought me dinner/breakfast, had lovely chats with her. The food was incredible!
Good to know
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
