Barcellona molto bella, la camera in hotel non all'altezza
3.0Personale molto cortese ed efficiente
− Ci hanno assegnato una camera al primo piano con finestra su un cortile interno dove sugli altri tre lati c'erano i corridoi di accesso alle altre camere, quindi di fatto tende oscuranti chiuse dalla mattina alla sera e scarsissimo ricambio aria. Nella camera c'era il bagno disabili che assomigliava più alla cella frigo di una macelleria che al bagno di una camera d'albergo. Nella parete passavano gli scarichi delle camere dei piani superiori, così potevamo sapere con esattezza quando gli altri ospiti utilizzavano la toilette.

− No había botones para ayudar con el equipaje, estuve enferma y no tenían una sopa caliente en su carta, pedimos habitación con dos camas para adultos y nos dieron una cama grande y otra muy pequeña como para niño
