8.0The first room we checked into on the 2nd floor smelled like mildew. We were given a different room #122 that ended up a very nice and comfortable stay. I thought I had left my makeup bag when I checked out so I called and spoke to Lilly she was so kind with offering to bring it to me being that she lived close by. I ended up finding the makeup bag and called to let Lilly know and how much I appreciated her kindness. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly.

6.0The building when walking in looks very nice. The staff was beyond kind and attentive when checking in. The elevator was making weird sounds when in use so we used the stairs since our room was on the second floor. Our room was nothing to brag about. It has a very humid smell, the room was large but looked very empty and cheap. The tv was small and the control was very used. The bed was uncomfortable but we really appreciated the mini fridge and microwave(!) that where in the room. Breakfast was nice and filling, the worker was very attentive to everyone and checked in with everybody in the dining area before putting the food away. That was beyond nice. Honestly if the building and rooms had an upgrade it would be pretty top tier but for this visit it was okay. Probably would look elsewhere next time.
