It was not an unhappy stay, but I expected better quality of service and care.
5.0It was in a good location because of the east access into Harvey and areas to go walking and it was quiet.
− Staff brought their personal pets to work. Some items were not available at the breakfast. The breakfast area was unclean. The food was cool/lukewarm.
The stay was fine the whole hotel needs some major updates and maybe a pool
6.0The breakfast was okay. Got a handicap room like I requested.
− The cleanliness wasn't very good there was cob webs in the rooms and broken curtains

10.0Good service with check in. Person behind desk was very friendly and personable. I believe their name was Hope. Hope was super helpful. Rooms looked a smidge dated but were well enough and clean. Breakfast was nice. Some of the hot food choices were still on the cooler side but had flavor. Coffee, tea, juices and milk were all provided. Would have been nice to have a microwave to make the cooler breakfast as warm as I would have liked but all in all, we would absolutely stay again if we ever come this way!!

8.0Room was awsome. Bed was super comfy. There was a dirty towel left on a hook behind the bathroom door. But otherwise it was nice.

8.0The staff who checked us in were so very helpful. A lot of family stayed there for a funeral. It was great, the breakfast was good and a nice little bar!
