10.0Man wird vom Hotelier und seine Frau persönlich empfangen und verabschieded. Grosszügige Gastgeber, ich bin 3 Tage zu spät angekommen und man hat mir offeriert so lange zu bleiben wie ich kann, 4 Tage seien ja schon bezahlt. Herrliche und sehr ruhige Umgebung mitten in der Natur umgeben von Wald und mit Aussicht in die Berge. Viele Spazier- & Wander-Wege. Traditionelle Grand Hotel Atmosphäre pur! Kinder- & Hundefreundlich. Grosser Pool und SPA Bereich. Die Massage hat meine Rückenschmerzen auf fast Null reduziert. Diverse Restaurants. Dress Code von Sportlich tagsüber bis teilweise Elegant am Abend. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Good Vibes! Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

10.0The staff made us feel really pampered. We arrived just after midnight, and the concierge came out to our car to greet us, carry our luggage, and show us to our room. The maids were incredibly attentive with fresh towels and cleaning the room. The dining room staff were always polite, courteous, and professional. The hotel was superb!
