10.0This hotel exceeded my expectations, right from check-in. The front desk staff member (I can’t remember her name) confirmed if I was vegetarian and said she would inform the restaurant in case I ate there. It’s the first time ever that a Marriott chain hotel has taken the time to check the meal preferences I listed in the Bonvoy app! Franklin, Omar and Camila at the restaurant were amazing. They made the effort to have a conversation with me. I felt they really appreciated and valued my business. Franklin also took the time to hear my suggestions. The breakfast buffet was fabulous too! I would highly recommend this hotel.
