7.0The staff were friendly and helpful
− Check in was smooth even though i arrived almost at 12am. However when i entered room i saw the toilet had water all over and slippers outside were wet also. I called and engineering team came to rectify and said water leaking from Aircon. Then they manage to fix and had hk come and clean it which already took almost an hour. Then i found the cleanliness to be an issue as even the hair dryer had a long hair which is not the right way. Overall it was good but these things shouldnt happen at a reputed hotel like Hyatt.
