10.0Liked the friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Nice views over looking shanklin coast. Good convenient location.
− Rooms a bit cold, but had a portable heater so not a big issue.
Don’t stay completely avoid

− The bathroom was dirty. Had panels missing from under the sink. Toilet flusher was missing. Shower kept dripping. Room had a little blow heater and wasn’t capable of heating a room that size in February. Tv had a mind of its own and turned off every 5 minutes
