Jay deserves a raise.
10.0I had made a reservation for two rooms. One for my older brother and one for myself. My brother walked in right before me and was checking in with Jay. My brother introduced me to Jay as his little sister. Jay noticed that my brother had some major mobility issues and without me even asking he put my brother and his wife in the room closest to the lobby and my husband and I in the room right across the hall. I was so impressed with Jay and his professionalism. He took notice to my brother, his issues and the fact that he was wearing his Vietnam Veteran hat. We were visiting due to a family member passing away in the area. We may never have a need to visit Towanda again, but for any other need for a hotel, I will always look at a Fairfield or Marriott property. Kudos to Jay. He deserves a raise :).
Excellent Stay and recommend for travellers
10.0Had a fantastic stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Towanda Wysox! 🏨✨ The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the bed was very much cozy Plus, starting the day with their delicious hot breakfast was the cherry on top. Highly recommend for a comfortable getaway!

10.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Wysox, PA - largely thanks to Curtis. I was coordinating 10 reservations for a business gathering, and Curtis was wonderful throughout the entire process. He was proactive and attentive, calling me multiple times to address any questions or concerns and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. Curtis also took the extra step to help upgrade our rooms, which made a big difference for our team. He was consistently pleasant, professional and reassuring, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was making sure we would have a great experience. Managing group or business reservations can be stressful, but Curtis made it easy and seamless. His customer service truly stood out and because of him, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
