10.0The hotel is beautiful, located in an upscale and modern area away from the noisy city center. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the prices are excellent. All services are close to the hotel, making it ideal for peace and relaxation. Getting to the city center may cost around 100,000 Vietnamese dong or less. It is very impressive compared to the amount of money you would pay if you chose to stay in the city center with the same company. Thank you, Novotel Living Saigon South.🌷

The rooms were spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for when traveling. But what really made our stay memorable was the outstanding professionalism of Miss Hanh. She went above and beyond in every interaction—warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we were taken care of. Her hospitality added a personal touch that turned a great hotel experience into an exceptional one. It’s rare to meet someone who not only represents their hotel so well but also truly makes guests feel valued. Miss Hanh made our stay, and we are sincerely grateful for her kindness and professionalism. We would gladly return to Novotel Saigon and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
