4.0Het was een plek in de buurt van de Galata toren met een mooi uitzicht vanuit de rooftop bar, maar daar is dan alles mee gezegd.
− We hebben een kamer voor drie personen geboekt en we krijgen een tweepersoonsbed met een krakkemikkige stretcher ernaast. De afbeeldingen lieten andere kamers zien, het hotel vond geen passende oplossing.

В целом неплохо.но в этот отель не вернусь)

− Думаю это уже давно не 5 звезд.в целом если опустить старый ремонт(не критично) то очень не понравилось состояние полотенец.хочется белые и пушистые свежие полотенца.там все очень старое серое и изношенное уже.вроде мелочь,но важная.

5.0L’accueil à la réception était bien et professionnel.
− La chambre (malgré un upgrade) avec lampe cassée, pas de peignoir pour rejoindre le spa/fitness. La qualité des installations sauna (pas le droit de mettre de l’eau sur les pierres), le hammam hors service, le steam bath sans lumière, la piscine seulement chauffée à 23 degrés. Le personnel du fitness qui force pour des massages (Hakan).
