En el hotel dicen que no tienen convenio con hotel
2.0El pago que hice por hoteles.com no me lo aceptaron, en el hotel condina dijeron que no tenían ningún convenio con ninguna página que aparece en internet y que la reserva solo se hacía de manera presencial por lo tanto necesito que me indiquen cómo puedo hacer el trámite para que devuelvan el dinero pagado a través de la pagina hotels.com

6.0The location was great. The beds are very bad. Hard as a rock. I had a reservation for 6 days and they only booked me for 5 Days. Had to change rooms on the last night.
Location good, bed horrible
6.0Between the floor and the bed there are not differences, worse night ever! They need to change their mattresses if they want people coming back. Other then that, the look was good, location was perfect, oh but there is no parking incase you need one.
