5.0− Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, da die Klimaanlage lief. Wir haben dann eine andere Wohnung bekommen und mussten nochmals 150 EUR bezahlen. Das haben wir erstmal auch gemacht, haben aber dann später den Vermiezer angeschrieben, ob er uns den Preis wieder zurück erstattet, da ja die erste Wohnung nicht gut bewohnbar war , auf Grund der Kälte in der Wohnung. Wir haben bisher leider keine Antwort bekommen.
