10.0The location was ideal - Templeman Street offers so much... dining, boutiques and best of all street art in every direction - up, down, north, south, east and west! The room, bath and beds were beyond comfortable and the decor delightful. A delicious breakfast along with warm and welcoming staff greeted us each morning. If you are lucky enough to visit Valparaiso, be sure to stay at Puerta Escondida!

10.0This hotel was the perfect location for my short stay. I wish I had more time in Valparaiso! The room was bright and quiet, the shower was fabulous, breakfast was plentiful and full of choices, and the location of the hotel was right in the middle of the artist section. Everything I wanted to see and do was in walking distance! The hotel staff was helpful, engaging, and made me feel absolutely at home. I would return to the hotel in a heartbeat :)

10.0Valparaiso is a pretty rough town. The people are very dishonest, including the hotel staff. I would never come to this place again.
