6.0The place has a new manager from the day we arrived so not had any chance to improve things yet. The staff were friendly and good at their jobs. Could be a fab place. Just needs an update especially the rooms. Very tired.

Blue Ball Inn Sidmouth.
10.0The hotel is a very old coaching inn, full of character, and very well maintained. It is well situated for both Sidmouth and the Donkey Sanctuary. The room had a lovely bed, in a fair sized room. The en-suite was very nicely appointed. Our room was facing the road so there was some traffic noise. The food was excellent and the staff were all really attentive and provided a great service. Overall we had a lovely stay at the Blue Ball Inn, Sidmouth.

8.0Really nice Inn with good quality accommodation and easy parking. Food was great and staff friendly. Only thing that let it down for us was the constant hum of the ventilation system during the night.
