− Been charged twice for stay, and my email has been ignored
We would definitely use it again and it was value for money
8.0It was right in the centre of barnard castle with a bus stop outside so you can visit elsewhere if you want
− We liked the property and the staff were excellent they are doing some refurbishment but it didn’t spoil our stay the manageress was lovely she could have done enough for us

8.0Very friendly and relaxed people. I was made to feel very welcome and wouldn't hesitate to use this place again.
− The shower was too hot! The temperature wouldn't turn down. I did not mention this at the time so I assume they would have helped if I'd asked.

5.0Good Central location and excellent value for money.
− The room was very tired. They were obviously in the process of redecorating to make improvements which will hopefully improve things. Both nights there loud music playing and noisy drinkers below the window. One night into the early hours. If we want to get a good night's sleep don't book at the weekend.
