8.0Hôtel agréable ainsi que le personel. un bmole par contre. Il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres, ce qui est assez paralysant pour organiser des excursions et de communiquer.

1.0La struttura ha un potenziale altissimo, per gli ampi spazi, il verde che lo circonda e per la posizione centrale
− Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend di inizio settembre e pur pagando per Alta Stagione, la struttura si presentava con vari servizi non più in uso poiché fosse già Settembre (chiosco bar chiuso) (bar centrale aperto solo x la colazione) dunque se si necessitava anche solo di una bottiglia d’acqua dovevi uscire fuori dalla struttura per acquistarla. Nota ancor più insoddisfacente è stata la pulizia della struttura in generale; la piscina si presentava con acque verdi (ci hanno riferito che non funzionava il motore) il verde circostante per nulla curato con tubi dell’irrigazione che passano ovunque e con sporcizia annessa; e ancor peggio le camere con arredi bianchi ma che in realtà erano NERI cioè pieni di polvere, discrepanze sui muri del cortile di pertinenza (pericolose per i bambini che passando da lì potevano graffiarsi e dunque farsi del male) Dulcis in fundo nota di merito al Direttore della struttura, che abbiamo cercato di interpellare più volte senza mai aver ricevuto riscontro poiché lo staff ci ha riferito che non si trovava in struttura ma bensì a Roma; solo con l’arrivo dei carabinieri è venuta fuori la sua presenza! Che dire con le buone maniere si ottiene tutto?!
