8.0The staff and room were great. Lobby was very nice and breakfast was really good.
− There was a guest going in and out of his room and the side door all night..... there is no sound proofing and because we were located at the end of the hallway next to the exit, it was very loud and disruptive throughout the night - this one particular guest contributed to that going in and out atleast 10 times but I guess my only complaint is that there is no sound proofing in the rooms.
Except for the exorbitant price, outstanding!

− Why did I pay almost $100 more per night than normal? I think they took advantage of an anticipated large demand and gouged patrons.
Fine, excepting the lack of an elevator.
7.0Location could not be better. Facilities very good, with exception of having no elevator! I am older, and this was a big deal for me. Front desk person very helpful with bags at check-in, but running up and down stairs during day quite unpleasant!

No shower
3.0Very clean and cozy hotel.
− The shower was broken. I was forced to take a bath because the mechanism that sends the water to the shower head was broken.
