10.0Very comfortable, nice location with a nice view of São Jorge island, parking space right in front of the place, and above all a very welcoming owner who even speaks good French :-)

9.0El desayuno no estaba incluido, pero se podía contratar. La atención fue buena. El lugar está algo retirado de la villa de São Roque y hay solamente dos autobuses al día, pero el dueño me indicó muy bien un sitio cercano donde alquilar un coche. A decir verdad, en Pico no se busca estar en el centro de una villa. Alojarse a las afueras le da un toque más natural.
− Por lo menos en el mes en el que fui (junio), eché de menos servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones. Sé que no es un lugar donde se hospede la gente muchos días -yo estuve seis-, pero, aunque es cierto que se respeta religiosamente la libertad de cada uno, también estaría genial que ofreciesen al menos la posibilidad de que alguien entrase en la habitación para hacer las camas y todo eso. Sin embargo, no lo considero un fallo grande ya que la habitación la encontré perfecta. Sólo digo esto si uno va a estar varios días: que pida este servicio.

6.0Sehr netter und bemühter Gastgeber, wunderschöne Aussicht, tolles altes Anwesen. Der 1. Eindruck war gut.
− Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem und die Matratzen extrem durchgelegen. Wir waren in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet, aber leider sehr feucht. Das liegt natürlich auch am Klima der Azoren, aber im Schrank befand sich aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit Schimmel und auch der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber. Das hat man leider gerochen. Da hilft auch all das Lüften nicht. Das Wasser im Bad braucht extrem lange, bis es warm wird. Damit kann man leben.

9.0La atención de José es impresionante, soluciona cualquier cosa con el máximo interés. Las instalaciones no son nuevas, pero funcionakes.
− La única pega es la ubicación, se necesita coche sí o sí o tirar de taxi. No hay ningún tipo de servicio de bar ni restauración, ni en el hotel ni en las cercanías.
